Add Your Schedule to Your Calendar

Sync your team's games or the full league schedule to Google, Apple, or Outlook — with automatic updates if anything changes.

📍 Where to Find the Calendar Button
📋 A calendar export strip with four buttons appears on both the Season page (full league schedule) and your Team page (your team's games only). Both work the same way.

Choose your starting point

For your team's games only: go to your Team page via the Teams nav link. For all league games: go to the Season page via the Season nav link.

Find the calendar export strip

On both the Team page and Season page, look for the row of calendar buttons just above the schedule table. You'll see four buttons in a row.

Pick your method

Choose from 📆 Google Calendar, 📱 Apple / iPhone, ⬇️ Download .ics, or 📋 Copy URL — each described below.

Apple / iPhone — Subscribe (Auto-Updates) — Recommended
Click 📱 Apple / iPhone to open a popup with a live calendar URL. Add it to your app and the schedule will stay current automatically — any reschedules or changes sync within about an hour.

Step-by-step instructions for each app are shown directly in that popup, and also listed in the section below.

Download .ics File
Click Download .ics file to save a one-time snapshot of the schedule.
  1. Open the downloaded file
  2. Your device will ask which calendar to add events to
  3. Choose your calendar and confirm
Note: This won't update if the schedule changes later.

Google Calendar
Click 📆 Google Calendar — a new tab opens in Google Calendar with the subscription pre-filled.
  1. Click "Add calendar" to confirm
  2. All games appear under "Other calendars"
  3. Auto-updates just like Apple / iPhone
📋
Copy URL
Click Copy URL to copy the calendar link straight to your clipboard. Use this to manually paste into any calendar app that supports subscribed calendars.
💡 Best pick: Use 📱 Apple / iPhone or 📆 Google Calendar — both stay live and will reflect any rainouts or reschedules automatically.
📱 Subscribe Instructions by App

After clicking 📱 Apple / iPhone, a popup shows the URL with these same instructions. Here's the quick reference:

  1. Go to Settings → Calendar → Accounts
  2. Tap Add Account → Other
  3. Tap Add Subscribed Calendar
  4. Paste the URL and tap Next
  5. Tap Save

Google Calendar (Web)
  1. Open Google Calendar on desktop
  2. Click the + next to "Other calendars"
  3. Select From URL
  4. Paste the URL and click Add calendar

Outlook
  1. Go to Calendar view
  2. Click Add calendar → From Internet
  3. Paste the URL
  4. Click OK

Mac Calendar
  1. Open the Calendar app
  2. Go to File → New Calendar Subscription
  3. Paste the URL
  4. Click Subscribe

Will my calendar update if a game gets rescheduled?

Yes — if you used Apple / iPhone, Google Calendar, or Copy URL, your calendar syncs automatically within about an hour. A downloaded .ics file won't update.

It shows all teams' games — can I filter to just mine?

Yes — use the calendar strip on your Team page instead of the Season page. It automatically exports only your team's games. Navigate to Teams → your team, then use any of the calendar buttons above the schedule.

The button isn't showing up — what do I do?

The calendar strip appears on both the Season page and your Team page, just above the schedule table. Try refreshing if it doesn't appear right away.

What info is included in each event?

Each game includes the date, time, field location, and the two teams playing.
